- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a US bank account and had all kinds of trouble with them. They did exactly as was mentioned earlier by WinBaby. However... I have noticed (and enjoy) that they now post all debits and checks as "Pending" transactions on the first day they appear on their online banking site. As long as you get the money (cash) in there before 11:00pm (or before the bank closes if more than $100.00), then they will post it before the debit or check and you will be OK. I use my PayPal debit card for auto debits so I have a few extra days before it shows up in my bank account. This gives me time to ensure the money is in the right account when needed and I get cash back with the PayPal debit card! Up until they changed the way they posted checks and debits, I use to have overdrafts all the time, because of those stupid auto-debits and the way they use to post the accounts. Now I hardly ever have one. Of course I check my accounts every morning when I get up. NOTE: Pin purchases come out immediately with no grace period and the bank will authorize amounts more than what you have in the bank. Only use this method if you know you have the money in the bank. It sucks to pay $38.50 for a $1.00 candy bar because you forgot about an auto debit!By A Google User, April 18, 2017
