- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My check bounced and I needed to cash that in. Ofcourse everyone knows that times are hard and even harder for small businesses and myself. So just to save the trip in gas and time I called and asked if I could cash my check, if the funds were available if I could do so. I believe the person that I talked to was Vivian and she was very rude to me. She said you have to come in person!! Had she tried to word it even more nicely e.g 'I am affraid I can't give out that information, I suggest to come in and let's see what we can do for you'. No wonder they are closing 600 branches especially when you give that type of costumer service. Well done !!By A Google User, September 27, 2016
