Customer Reviews about Auburn Police Department:

In March last year I went to the police station in Auburn to file a report for harassment against the man I was renting from. He regularly drinks at Pistol Petes, and does not recall driving home. He spends about $1,000 a week on music festivals, drugs and booze, yet he said he couldn't afford to replace the stove, hot water heater, or urine/feces soaked carpet. I informed the biased police I was moving out in a week, due to uninhabitable living conditions, drugs, alcohol and harassment. In hindsight, since I was dealing with a sociopath, with a millionaire enabling sociopath father guiding and advising him I should have filed a restraining order. This coward and his father did just that, when they knew I was leaving. The day they were filing I received an email, saying we should work things out. My response was there is nothing to work out and I'm leaving and never want to see you again. They responded to me again, the day after filing the TRO taunting me, and acknowledging they knew I was leaving and that I would leave sooner to avoid the narcissist. Crime-Penal Code 651-Recording w/o consent, altering evidence, perjury & much more The next day I was preparing to leave, and a musician/drug dealing ape of a man with a prior for domestic violence kicked the door down, nearly smashing my face. Then the ape chased me around, taunting me. I called 911 and the same officers who took my harassment report the previous week showed up. The female police officer was particularly cruel, joining in on the torment and debasement, as if it was not only rightful but enjoyable. Police misconduct X 12 Penal Code Section 186.21: It is the right of every person to be protected from fear, intimidation and physical harm. Unless you’re a woman in Placer County who has no value so you’re treated with contempt by misogynists everywhere you turn. During this illegal eviction when my civil rights were being violated the female officer said: "It's his house and he can do whatever he wants!" Two of the male officers took the door outside to the deck. The insecure female officer on a power trip threatened to arrest me if I attempted to file a "false" report. I told them at the time that I was there when the guy who filed the TRO bailed the guy who kicked the door down out of jail for beating up his wife. Crime—Crime-Reckless conduct endangering another person’s life & with a prior I have a copy of the call record from this incident, and the police mock me by reporting the incident inaccurately. It states the door was kicked down to serve a TRO, and I claim domestic violence, but they don't see any evidence of my assertion of this crime, and in the same sentence. And this reports states these guys kicked the door down looking for drugs, and I was holding the drugs, but that is not how it went down. Crime—drug dealing yet cops said they were probably mine, despite proving I ruined them. Refused to investigate and wrote report different than real incident, and in a way to ensure they further mocked and ridiculed me. Both the lieutenant and chief of police told me to get over it, that the door didn't hit me, so it wasn't a crime. The chief of police also mocked me by implying he thought I was stupid by talking extremely slow. I understand how the social mores of a community contributes to ones quality of life. The misogynists at the Auburn Police department contribute to the low quality of life for women, or anyone who isn't wealthy. Other Penal Codes for Domestic Violence • CA Penal Code 242 PC242) : Battery - any willful or unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another. • CA Penal Code 243 (e) PC 243(e) : Battery against a spouse, cohabitant, parent of the defendant's children etc. • CA Penal Code 240 PC240 : Assault - an unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability to commit a violent injury etc. • CA Penal Code 136.1 PC136.1 : intimidation of victims "Domestic violence is the willful intimidation, physical assault and battery that is a systematic pattern of power and control..."
